Challenge

Developing Made required building a comprehensive Instagram Story Creator and Editor from the ground up. The objective was to implement a robust architecture that supports both image and video editing, complete with features such as effects, frames, and custom text. Ensuring compatibility with various social media platforms and providing a seamless user experience were also critical considerations.

Results

By employing Clean Architecture and Model-View-ViewModel (MVVM) principles, the development team successfully created a versatile application that meets user expectations for performance and functionality. The integration of OpenGL/ES for image and video processing resulted in a modern editing SDK capable of cropping, resizing, and applying filters and adjustments. This comprehensive toolset empowers users to produce professional-quality stories with ease.
